Acumetis was born from the union of leaders in life sciences strategy and patient-focused solutions. Together, we combine decades of experience across scientific insights, commercial strategy, launch excellence, and healthcare innovation to tackle the complex challenges that shape the future of medicine.

We partner with leaders to solve high-stakes problems, uncover hidden opportunities, and translate scientific and commercial insight into actionable strategies. By connecting expertise across functions, life sciences organizations can make smarter decisions, accelerate performance, and deliver therapies to the patients who need them the most.

When you reframe what’s possible, new angles emerge, decisions sharpen, and new potential comes to life.

About The Role

Acumetis is seeking an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Manager to provide maternity cover on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with a high likelihood of extension to 12 months. Reporting to the Global L&D Director, you will play a key role in delivering our global, skills-based learning strategy, supporting workforce capability development, compliance training, leadership initiatives, and learning programs that drive business performance.

Working across international teams, you will coordinate and implement learning solutions, manage learning data and reporting, support the integration of acquired businesses, and help embed a culture of continuous learning. The role will also support the development of client-facing consulting capabilities and ensure compliance training requirements are met across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
