Are you an experienced L&D manager who knows how to influence senior stakeholders, shape capability at scale and deliver learning solutions that drive business performance?
At Specsavers, we're looking for a Global Learning Experience Partner to play a key role in helping our people and teams grow across our global regions and functions.
Working closely with senior leaders, Head of People and colleagues across Talent & Development, you'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying learning needs and turning them into high-impact solutions that support business priorities. You'll manage a small team of learning specialists while driving a "build once, deliver many" approach that creates consistency, efficiency and exceptional learning experiences across the organisation.

This is a remote-working team, with colleagues coming together throughout the year to collaborate, share ideas and build strong relationships. You'll also need to be comfortable travelling across the UK when required, typically averaging one to two days per month, which may include occasional overnight stays.
We're looking for someone who has significant experience in learning, talent or organisational development within a large, complex or global matrix business. You'll be comfortable partnering with senior leaders, a confident communicator that can influence at board level, leading strategic programmes and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
