Role Description:
Over the past 24 months, demand for the GLP application has grown significantly, driven by increased investment through several different initiatives, mandatory change programmes, and an expanding volume of vulnerability management activity.
As the portfolio of work continues to grow, so too has the complexity of coordinating and prioritising competing demands across multiple stakeholders and delivery streams. This role is now seen as critical to ensuring effective demand intake, robust prioritisation, and end-to-end oversight of all GLP-related initiatives.
This role will span across all the development / delivery teams, providing a single point of contact across all supported programs of work.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organisations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
- Support the applications estimation process.
- Work closely with the Product Owners in the team to ensure work is suitably created and prioritised for the team.
- Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
