The Market Research Manager
The Market Research Manager leads the design, execution and synthesis of in-depth market research in EMEA (primarily) and globally (secondarily) to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform the firm’s strategic decision-making. They translate research/testing findings, client feedback and market intelligence into compelling narratives that drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management abilities and effective communication are key for success in this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads qualitative and quantitative research studies, working closely with research vendors, stakeholders, peers and segment insight leads across the globe
- Analyzes client listening data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Translates raw data into actionable insights and make recommendations to enhance the client experience
- Can apply statistical methods to examine and analyze data on T. Rowe Price’s clients, market dynamics, and investors at large to support business growth
- Collaborates and develops recommendations for stakeholders and helps to construct compelling executive presentations with supporting exhibits
- Collaborates with stakeholders to establish research/analytical methodologies in support of new business development and retention of existing revenue streams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with financial services and/or asset management, particularly B2B
- Understanding of current industry themes (e.g. retirement) and appetite to deepen knowledge
- Familiarity with survey and text analytics platforms such as Qualtrics
- Understanding of market research methodologies, including kano model, conjoint analysis, max-diff analysis, etc.
- Strong product, market, and competitor knowledge
- Highly personable and able to ‘read the room’
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
