About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Global Marketing Campaigns Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise integrated, digitally focused campaigns that build awareness and consideration of the Domino brand among manufacturers worldwide.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, PR & Social, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, working primarily from home while remaining connected to the team through occasional visits to our Bar Hill, Cambridge office. This is a full-time, permanent position.
This is a delivery role. You'll take campaigns from concept and budget through to briefing, build, launch, performance review, and optimisation. You'll work with our in-house specialists in digital, social media, and PR, as well as agencies.
Your Radar Will Include
- AI-powered search and LLM advertising: how tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews are changing the way buyers research, and how brands can show up in them.
- Communities such as Reddit: where engineers, operations managers and packaging professionals swap honest recommendations.
- Trade media and industry associations: the publications, events and bodies our customers follow and trust.
- You'll bring fresh ideas about where our prospective customers do their research, and how we can earn their attention there.
- You'll work closely with the Head of Brand, PR and Social and the wider team to shape and run our annual campaign programme.
- You'll be the kind of person who checks the UTM parameters, the translated headline and the landing page link before anything goes live.
- Working with international teams to bring campaigns and PR content to life across multiple markets and languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media and social channels.
- Manage agency partners, campaign budgets and performance, ensuring activity delivers against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
- Oversee campaign planning, approvals and launches, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand and market-ready.
- Coordinate the localisation and distribution of campaign and PR content across global markets.
- Identify and test new opportunities to reach customers, including AI-powered search, industry media and online communities.
- Maintain strong relationships with international teams to ensure successful campaign adoption and execution.
- Occasional international travel may be required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
