Global Marketing Coordinator
The role of Marketing in WTW is to support the company's growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent global brand. This role sits within Risk and Broking, which offers a broad range of risk advisory services.
In this position you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of global marketing campaigns and activities across Willis Natural Resources, which means working with both business teams and marketing colleagues worldwide. Whilst the role is based in London, WTW’s workstyle is flexible, to accommodate a blend of working from home and office attendance.
You will be joining a fast-paced environment, where no day is the same which will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe. Bring with you a desire to grow and we’ll provide you with the support and opportunities to make it happen.
The Role
Marketing Delivery
Key support to the Marketing Director in the delivery of the marketing plan and all its elements, including digital, social media, email marketing and events.
- Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the CoE’s (Communications, Design, PR, Events, Digital and Research/Analytics) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes
- Coordinate the global podcast series to include planning meetings, recording and editing, digital upload and external promotion
- Deliver support using Cvent, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Wrike, Contact Monkey and ON24 platforms
- Support the Marketing Director with the delivery of digital and face-to-face client events
- Evaluate marketing campaigns through analysis of digital data to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals
- Actively support during project execution and deliver with a sense of urgency and accountability.

Relationships
- Develop good working relationships with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing activity is consistently supporting sales growth targets and is measurable and connected with sales reporting tools (CRM)
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the Specialty/Campaign, in GB and globally by understanding their business issues and providing proactive advice
Business Awareness
- London-based with requirement to travel to other locations occasionally
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products, services and solutions that the Line of Business/Campaign offers to clients
- Understand the importance of global connectivity for growth of the global business teams and collaboration with industry initiatives
Other
- Offer assistance and accept help from colleagues to accomplish marketing activities and priorities
- Operate within WTW’s agreed policies, procedures and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll bring
- Relevant marketing experience is essential
- Experience within professional or financial services or a B2B environment (ideally consultancy/insurance environment) is preferred
- Social media experience helpful
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and quick learner with new tools, systems and processes
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
- Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
