About the Role
As a Global Marketing Development Intern, you will support the creation and development of new global product concepts, help analyse brand and market performance, and gain experience across the full innovation process.
This role is ideal for a creative, curious and motivated marketing graduate looking to begin their career in luxury beauty. You will work closely with the Global Marketing team, contributing to projects while learning how global launches are built from idea to execution.
This role is fully office-based in our St Paul’s, Central London office.
Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking
- Support quantitative and qualitative analysis of brand performance.
- Assist with competitor reviews and beauty market trend tracking.
- Help compile insights around consumer behaviour and category opportunities.

Product Development Support
- Assist in the development of creative assets including packaging briefs, naming ideas, claims, formula notes, and early concept drafts.
- Participate in creative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Support project tracking: gathering samples, coordinating mockups, updating documentation.

Activation & Marketing Materials
- Help prepare presentations, reports and internal documents for global marketing meetings.
- Support the development of 360° activation tools, working with the team on copy, visuals and marketing content.
- Assist with merchandising briefs, product specifications and artwork reviews under guidance.

General Team Support
- Contribute to innovation meetings and cross-functional discussions.
- Assist in preparing materials such as mockups, simple visuals or video content.
- Support administrative and organisational tasks required for smooth project progression.
Who You Are
- A Marketing or Business graduate (or similar academic background).
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn about luxury product development.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Creative, ideas-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly.
- Interested in both analytical tasks and hands-on project support.
