The Company

Axon Moore is partnering with a well-established international manufacturing and technology business to appoint a Director of Global Marketing. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building commercial marketing functions that directly influence business growth. Reporting into the VP of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the global marketing agenda across brand, communications, digital, product marketing, events and demand generation, whilst managing an established international team.

The business has a strong reputation within its specialist markets, a growing international footprint and an ambitious growth agenda. Marketing is viewed as a strategic commercial function rather than simply a support service, making this an excellent opportunity for someone wanting genuine influence at leadership level.

This isn't a business looking to "do more marketing." They're looking for someone who can elevate marketing as a commercial growth driver. You'll inherit a capable team, genuine executive sponsorship and the opportunity to shape how marketing supports global sales, customer engagement and long-term business performance. It's a role suited to someone who enjoys operating strategically whilst remaining close enough to execution to make things happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
