Job Title: Global Director of Marketing and Communications

Salary Range: Up to £90,000
Location / Working Model: London | Global remit | Hybrid

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, business development, and regional teams, while leading a global marketing and communications function. Your expertise will influence brand positioning, campaigns, digital activity, PR, thought leadership, and internal engagement, giving you genuine scope to strengthen market presence and support commercial growth.

The Global Director of Marketing and Communications will set the strategic direction for the organisation’s global marketing and communications activity, translating business priorities into a compelling, measurable brand strategy across international markets.

Role Highlights

  • Shape and deliver a global marketing and communications strategy aligned to commercial objectives and organisational purpose
  • Lead brand positioning, campaigns, PR, digital marketing, social media, thought leadership, and internal communications
  • Partner with senior leadership and business development to support priority opportunities, market growth, and brand visibility
  • Oversee agencies, creative partners, and global teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and effective use of budget
  • Use market insight, competitor intelligence, and performance data to strengthen campaigns, reputation, and return on investment

You Will Need

  • Significant senior-level experience leading integrated marketing and communications within a complex, international organisation
  • Strong expertise across brand strategy, PR, digital marketing, content, social media, and corporate communications
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies
  • Experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams across multiple markets
  • Commercial awareness, strong budget management skills, and confidence using data to assess performance and guide decisions
