What You'll Do
The Global Marketing Events Manager will lead the strategy and execution of BCG’s flagship global event programs, helping create high-impact experiences that strengthen BCG’s brand, deepen audience engagement, and support key business priorities. As part of the Global External Relations & Events team, you will oversee complex event initiatives across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to deliver innovative, data-informed event experiences. You will work closely with marketing, communications, and senior business leaders to ensure programs are executed seamlessly, aligned to firm priorities, and designed for measurable impact.
You Will
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global event programs, including planning, communications, production, audience engagement, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop event strategies that support marketing objectives and enhance audience experience, engagement, and ROI.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, digital, branding, communications, and leadership teams.
- Manage complex project plans, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve event effectiveness through innovation, process improvement, and digital capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align event priorities with broader business and brand objectives.
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and operational leadership.

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience leading complex global events within professional services, consulting, or agency environments.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Experience developing event strategies that drive audience engagement and measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience collaborating across marketing disciplines, including digital, branding, communications, and event technology teams.
- Proficiency with event and marketing platforms such as Cvent, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready materials.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Who You'll Work With
You’ll work as part of BCG’s Global External Relations & Events team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm’s global marketing, communications, and business network. This role partners with teams across branding, digital marketing, social media, content, activation, alliances, and meetings & events to deliver integrated, high-impact experiences.

You’ll also engage regularly with local and Practice Area Marketing teams, senior business leaders, and Executive Assistants to coordinate complex global initiatives and ensure seamless execution across regions and stakeholder groups.

For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
