Global Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC)
Location
London
Liberty Hive is partnering with an exciting international education organisation to find a Global Marketing Manager to lead the launch of an ambitious new premium brand across multiple global markets.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity to build and run the global marketing function from the ground up. You'll own the brand strategy, performance marketing, content, PR, influencer partnerships and parent/customer journey, creating a scalable marketing engine that will support launches across Europe and beyond.
About the Role
Reporting into the Global CMO and working closely with senior business leadership, you'll be responsible for developing the global brand while partnering with local marketing teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, commercially effective and locally relevant.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and executing brilliantly. You'll be just as comfortable building a global brand narrative as you are launching Meta campaigns, analysing conversion data or producing compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Strategy
- Develop and evolve the global brand positioning, messaging and value proposition.
- Own the brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency while allowing local flexibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
