Global Marketing Manager | London (4 days/week)
A well-established, investor-backed global group with a significant international footprint is launching a new category-disrupting concept, backed by significant investment and genuine group-wide support.
This is a build-from-scratch role: a brand new position with no internal precedent, reporting into the Global CMO with a close working relationship with the CEO of this new venture. You'll be a team of one at the centre, backed by the group's wider internal resources, owning brand, content, paid media, PR and admissions-style conversion marketing centrally - while local teams in each market own their own channel execution and agency relationships.
The launch: Live from September 2027 across London and multiple other European markets, with further international launches planned shortly after. Budgets are substantial and vary by market (six figures per launch city), reflecting the scale of ambition behind this.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a genuinely hands-on, operational role - you'll be running paid social, search and programmatic directly, producing always-on content, owning PR and influencer relationships, and designing the end-to-end customer journey from first enquiry through to conversion. Not a "set strategy and hand it off" role, you'll be in the detail, executing centrally so every local market gets a stronger platform and a lighter operational load.
You'll be a strong fit if you:
- Have hands-on, proven experience running paid digital/performance campaigns directly (not just briefing an agency), ideally across multiple markets at once
- Bring broad marketing capability across brand, content, performance, PR and analytics - with sharp judgement on what actually moves the needle
- Have experience with CRM/marketing automation and lead-nurture or high-consideration purchase journeys
- Are commercially fluent, comfortable owning budget and cross-market KPI reporting
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, pre-launch environments, genuinely entrepreneurial, "no task too small," building something with no existing playbook
- Ideally have 5-8 years' experience marketing premium products or long-consideration, high-trust categories.
