Role Description
The Global Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for building and executing the brand’s global marketing strategy. This role oversees campaign planning and delivery across key markets, including brand positioning, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.

- Developing marketing plans

The Global Marketing Manager analyzes market trends and performance data to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and operations is essential to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and long-term brand equity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in global brand management, including developing and executing international marketing strategies.
- Background in integrated marketing across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels within consumer goods, ideally spirits or lifestyle brands.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to manage external agencies and partners, coordinate regional teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and markets.
- Experience in product launch planning, go-to-market strategies, and brand activation in multiple regions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in the beverages, spirits, or premium lifestyle sector is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language capabilities are beneficial for supporting global market activities.
