Global Digital Propositions Manager - Permanent
At Costa Coffee, we’re on a mission to reimagine coffee experiences across the globe. From bustling cities to local communities, we’re creating meaningful coffee moments, powered by innovation and driven by purpose.
As a proud part of the Coca-Cola system and working hand in hand with our pioneering partners, we’re in over 50 countries and counting. Whether it's served in-store, from a machine, at home, or on the go, every cup is thoughtfully crafted by our passionate teams who put heart into every moment.
Our teams truly make a difference. Whether it's pioneering new tech for the perfect pour, launching award-winning campaigns, developing exciting new menu items, or supporting our people to grow – together, we stir up success.
We are seeking a Global Digital Propositions Marketing Manager to play a key role within Costa Coffee’s Global Digital Centre of Excellence, driving growth across UK&I Delivery and Click & Collect and supporting international markets with the tools and frameworks needed to scale digital successfully. The successful candidate will lead cross functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver commercial impact.
We value curiosity, inclusivity, and a problem-solving mindset. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day-to-day.
What you’ll do
Being a Global Digital Propositions Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
- Own and champion the end-to-end delivery and Click & Collect proposition, acting as the subject matter expert while leading trade marketing, loyalty integration, proposition optimisation, and cross functional execution to drive performance.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key third-party aggregators (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo) and internal stakeholders, unlocking new opportunities through collaboration, joint planning, and strategic alignment.
- Identify, test, and scale innovative ideas that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable commercial growth across digital channels.
- Support international markets and franchise partners by sharing best practices, frameworks, and tools that enable consistent, high-impact execution and long-term success.
- Leverage market insights and performance data to shape strategy, influence decision-making, and keep stakeholders engaged through clear, compelling updates on progress and opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
