About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Marketing Manager to lead and deliver integrated marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. This is a pivotal role where you’ll bridge global brand vision with local execution—ensuring campaigns resonate culturally while maintaining consistency worldwide.

You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and regional nuances.
  • Lead multi-channel campaign execution across digital, social, PR, events, and content—ensuring localisation without compromising brand consistency.
  • Manage global marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise performance against KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, brand awareness).
  • Collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, finance) to align on campaigns and local adaptations.
  • Oversee content strategy and development (web, social, email, video, SEO/SEM) for international audiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, providing actionable insights.
  • Build and manage global partnerships with media, influencers, and distribution channels.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy laws.
  • Mentor and support marketing teams or coordinate across matrixed regional functions.

About You

  • 5–10+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years in a global or multi-market role
  • Experience in hospitality or a similar sector is advantageous

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM) or a Master’s degree are a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing)
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and attribution modelling

Soft Skills

  • Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
