Role Description

The Global Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for leading the brand’s international marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees the development of global brand campaigns, including digital, social, and experiential initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all markets.

  • Coordinating launch plans with regional teams
  • Optimizing campaign performance

The Global Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations to support new product introductions, drive brand awareness, and strengthen the brand’s cultural impact. The role also includes budget management, reporting on key marketing metrics, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in global brand management or marketing leadership within spirits, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content-driven campaigns, with a track record of engaging consumer communities.
  • Experience in market research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision making to shape marketing strategies.
  • Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple regions and channels.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and building processes from early-stage foundations.
  • Experience with event marketing, partnerships, or experiential activations is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages and international work experience are advantageous.
