Shape a responsible, inclusive and sustainable media agenda worth ~$800M.

Responsible Marketing Advisory (RMA) is a culture-first, independent marketing and media business built around people, clients and good growth. Our Advisory Intelligence team is looking for a Global Responsible Marketing & Media Senior Advisor to shape and deploy a client's Responsible Media strategy across every segment, and to lead the deployment and governance of Inclusive & Sustainable Marketing as the enterprise's technical authority on responsible media and brand safety.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Develop and deploy the organisation's responsible media strategy across all segment media teams and through Joint Business Plan and agency partnerships, defining the guidelines and comms materials that make it land
  • Lead on Brand Safety, evolving it to cover inclusive and sustainable media and the responsible use of generative AI
  • Drive deployment of Inclusive & Sustainable Marketing with segment marketing teams, defining implementation guidance and tracking progress
  • Lead the work to improve digital accessibility and the representation of people with disabilities across our marketing
  • Run a programme to measure the carbon emissions of our marketing (media and production) and drive adoption of sustainable behaviours across communications
  • Create guidelines for the responsible adoption of gen AI in media plans, upskilling partners through the RM Playbook and championing platform innovation
  • Own governance end to end, including the brand-safety escalation process and reporting dashboard, Partnership Board membership, and remediation of the Inclusive & Sustainable Marketing audit
  • Represent the business externally through thought leadership and across industry forums including the WFA, ANA, ISBA and AdNetZero

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
