You have developed solid experience in Procurement, ideally within indirect categories such as Marketing, Media or Market Insights.
- You are comfortable operating in an evolving international and matrix environment, working with stakeholders across multiple markets and cultures.
- You enjoy managing several priorities simultaneously and are able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivering value.
- You are recognized for your agility, proactivity, and ability to learn quickly.
- You combine strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You are collaborative by nature; enjoy business partnering and know how to build productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You are fluent in English and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments where adaptability and ownership are essential to success.
THE ROLE
As a Global Marketing Procurement Senior Buyer, reporting to the Global Procurement Category Manager, you will support the development and execution of the global procurement strategy for Marketing categories, with a particular focus on Market Insights and Media, aligned with business priorities, while leveraging market intelligence, procurement expertise, and supplier market knowledge to identify opportunities and generate value.
- You will contribute to transforming Procurement into a value-adding business partner by delivering procurement excellence, driving value creation, and building strong supplier relationships that support business growth.
- You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Legal functions to ensure procurement activities are aligned with business objectives while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
- You will be responsible for leading supplier selection projects, negotiating commercial deals, implementing contracts, and managing supplier relationships including monitoring supplier performance through relevant KPIs and ensuring the delivery of quality, innovation, and cost efficiency.
- You will contribute to cost optimization initiatives, support budgeting activities, identify savings and innovation opportunities, support sustainability and ESG ambitions, and track procurement performance against agreed objectives.

YOUR PROFILE
- University degree, ideally with a specialization in Procurement, Business, or a related field
- Procurement experience within indirect spend categories, ideally Marketing, Media, and/or Market Insights
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, category management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation
- Experience managing supplier relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across different markets, cultures, and business environments
- Agile, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa or SAP would be an advantage.

This opportunity is available as soon as possible on a 6-month fixed-term contract in one of our European offices: Uxbridge (United Kingdom), Neuilly-sur-Seine (France), or Amsterdam (Netherlands).
