Overview
What will you be doing?
We are hiring a Global Measurement Executive to join our dedicated Kellanova team at Publicis Groupe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in data, analytics and digital marketing within a global media environment. Working alongside specialists across media, data and technology, you will help turn data into meaningful insights that support some of the world's most recognised brands. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and want to learn how measurement drives marketing decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing?
- Support the collection, organisation and validation of campaign performance data across digital media channels.
- Help create reports, dashboards and presentations that communicate campaign performance clearly and effectively.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support better marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with media, strategy, activation and analytics teams to respond to data and reporting requests.
- Assist with maintaining datasets, reporting tools and dashboards while building your technical knowledge.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing key actions and supporting project delivery.
- Continuously learn about digital media, measurement approaches and emerging technologies that help clients grow.

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- An interest in data, analytics, technology, media or digital marketing.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new concepts, tools and ways of working.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work accurately with information and numbers.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of teams and stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to present information in a straightforward way.
- A positive mindset and enthusiasm for developing new technical and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in Excel and willingness to learn.
Additional Information
Employees joining The Pack, an early careers programme that connects, supports and develops you to kick-start your career with us, initially start with an annual salary of £28,860.

🌟 What To Expect From The Arctic Shores Assessment
As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn’t a quiz about what you know, it’s about showing how you think, behave and solve problems in real time.
What it is
A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus and other work-relevant behaviours. You won’t see typical questions, instead, you’ll play activities that look and feel like simple games.

How it works
- You’ll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.
- Before the official assessment you can try a practice task so you’re confident with the format.
