- Work collaboratively with digital team colleagues to ensure maximum amplification of media and news content across all platforms, including suggesting social media posts and managing the upload of press releases to the global website.
- Ensure the media team’s work is visible across Plan International, attending, and contributing to meetings and working groups, and compiling highlight presentations.
- Undertake reasonable additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the Global Media Manager.
- Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
