Job Description Summary

At GE HealthCare, we're transforming the way the world sees disease, through pioneering pharmaceutical diagnostics and precision imaging. As our Global Medical Governance Excellence Lead, you'll be the architect behind the frameworks and processes that keep our Global Medical Services (GMS) organization sharp, audit-ready and operating at its best. If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity and love building things that scale across geographies, this role is for you.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Shape & Govern

  • Own the GMS Medical Governance roadmap; implement role clarity frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) matrices, design and launch risk-management processes and people-operations infrastructure across global, regional and country Medical teams.
  • Maintain headcount trackers, org charts, harmonized titles, job descriptions and distribution lists, ensuring one coherent operating picture across the GMS organization.
  • Facilitate standard project planning for strategic initiatives, with clear owners, timelines, dependencies and progress tracking.

Ensure Readiness & Quality

  • Lead audit and inspection readiness across GMS, keeping SOP adherence, training records, CAPA follow-up and documentation standards consistently inspection-ready.
  • Coordinate SOP lifecycle management with Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Compliance and Legal, managing change control through TrackWise or equivalent systems.
  • Ensure publication, evidence-generation and scientific-communication governance are documented, accessible and fully aligned with GMS SOPs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
