Global Microsoft GTM LEAD
Job Description:
As the Global Microsoft GTM Lead, you are responsible for orchestrating Arrow's Microsoft go-to-market execution globally. You translate the strategic direction set by the Global Director of Hyperscalers into a concrete, prioritised and actionable plan across global leads, regions and countries.
You are the daily connection point between Microsoft stakeholders and Arrow's internal teams. Your role is to ensure that Microsoft priorities, programs, investments and strategic initiatives are clearly understood, structured, communicated and executed across the organisation.
You also act as the internal reference point for Microsoft-related topics — helping teams navigate priorities, align on messaging, resolve questions, connect the right stakeholders, and ensure that execution remains consistent across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the global Microsoft GTM operating rhythm in alignment with the Global Director of Hyperscalers, translating strategic priorities into a clear execution plan for global leads, regions and countries.
- Manage and coordinate the team of global leads by setting priorities, structuring follow-up, ensuring alignment across workstreams, and helping remove blockers to execution.
- Drive the daily relationship with Microsoft stakeholders by acting as Arrow's central point of contact for ongoing business priorities, program alignment, investment discussions and joint execution topics.
- Be the go-to person internally for Microsoft-related topics by guiding teams on priorities, messaging, escalation paths, stakeholder engagement and ownership of key initiatives.
- Translate Microsoft priorities into Arrow-ready motions by turning vendor programs, campaigns and strategic initiatives into practical frameworks that countries and partners can activate.
- Connect global strategy with local execution by ensuring that country and regional teams understand the priorities, have the right tools, and are supported through launch, follow-up and adoption.
- Ensure alignment across functions including sales, marketing, operations, enablement, partner programs, vendor management and regional leadership.
- Build repeatable GTM frameworks and playbooks that make it easier for Arrow teams to execute Microsoft motions consistently across markets.
- Track execution and business impact by following up on key initiatives, consolidating progress, identifying gaps and preparing decision-ready updates for leadership.
- Support executive communication and governance by preparing clear summaries, business updates, stakeholder briefings and recommendations for internal and Microsoft-facing discussions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
