Job Title: Global Mobility Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, UK

Compensation: £26,800 - £34,000 + Benefits

Role Type: Full time / Permanent

Role ID: SF75027

Help Shape Global Careers While Supporting A Mission That Matters

At Babcock, we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. If you join us, you can play your part as a Global Mobility Coordinator at any of our main UK locations including Bristol, Devonport, London, Leicester, Rosyth or Warrington.

As part of our Global Mobility function, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for employees undertaking international assignments and permanent transfers, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their mobility journey. Your work will directly contribute to the success of a global organisation operating across defence, aerospace and engineering, while offering you excellent exposure to international HR processes, stakeholder engagement and career development opportunities.

The Role

As Global Mobility Coordinator, you'll provide operational and administrative support for Babcock's global mobility programme. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and mobility specialists to coordinate international assignments, maintain accurate records and support a positive employee experience. This is a varied and rewarding role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are key to success.

Day-to-day you'll be required to:

  • Coordinate the administration of international assignments and permanent transfers.
  • Support mobility cases by liaising with external providers and monitoring service delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate mobility records, trackers, reports and systems to ensure high-quality data management.
  • Ensure consistent application of global mobility processes, documentation, guidance and templates.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices and payments while supporting effective cost management and financial administration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
