Job Description

Intro

Responding to the growth of the business internationally, the changing landscape of Global Mobility & Immigration, the increased focus on international compliance and the complexity of moving our people into current and new locations including cross border workers and business travellers, we have a need for a Global Mobility Operations Analyst. This vacancy is based in the Global Mobility team within the Reward function which has teams in London and Livingston.

The Global Mobility Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the operational control, reporting and continuous improvement of Global Mobility, Immigration and International Working activity. Working closely with the Global Mobility Operations Manager, the role strengthens data quality and compliance controls, produces insight for operational monitoring and audit readiness, and supports effective decision-making. The role applies sound judgement and technical understanding to review activity, identify exceptions, interpret data and improve process documentation. It also helps maintain controlled, repeatable ways of working by identifying risks, clarifying requirements and updating operational guidance across core processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Support operational governance and compliance activity across Global Mobility, Immigration and International Working processes by monitoring controls, identifying issues and escalating risks promptly.
  • Review and assure Global Mobility and Immigration activity, providing quality checks, operational insight and escalation input to the Global Mobility Operations Manager where required.
  • Monitor Immigration compliance activity, including right to work checks, visa expiry tracking and case documentation, ensuring exceptions, trends and complex cases are highlighted to the Global Mobility Operations Manager or Immigration Centre of Excellence.
  • Support assigned process improvement activities, working with the Global Mobility Operations Manager and Centres of Excellence to refine controls, reduce operational risk and improve consistency within core processes.
  • Provide subject matter input on assigned Global Mobility and Immigration processes, supporting clear requirements, accurate documentation and effective hand-offs.
  • Maintain clear documentation, standard operating procedures, workflows and guidance materials to support controlled, repeatable and consistent ways of working.
  • Support finance and invoicing controls, including invoice accuracy checks, recharge activity, reporting and reconciliation, escalating discrepancies or recurring issues as appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
