Job Title: Global Mobility Manager / Senior Manager

Location: London

Working Arrangement: Minimum of 3 days a week in the office, with more expected during probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international relocations, secondments, and dual employment arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all global mobility matters.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Lawyer Talent teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, and employment requirements.
• Oversee visa and immigration processes for candidates and employees.
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver seamless mobility solutions.
• Manage the logistical aspects of employee and candidate moves.
• Support a positive employee experience throughout the mobility lifecycle.
• Compile and assess business cases, providing recommendations that balance firm, client, and candidate/employee needs.
• Advise stakeholders on the most appropriate mobility approach based on commercial, legal, and operational considerations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools for employee relocations, secondments, and location-sensitive hires.
