Have experience in Global Mobility, immigration, relocation or international workforce deployment, ideally gained within a complex, multi-country organisation. Enjoy building relationships, solving complex cross-border challenges and delivering excellent experiences for employees and stakeholders. Are commercially minded, organised and motivated by finding practical solutions while managing risk and compliance. Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week.
THE TEAM
The Global Mobility team helps easyJet deploy, develop and support talent across our network. From advising on workforce deployment and cross-border compliance to supporting international relocations, assignments and immigration queries, the team plays an important role in enabling the business to operate across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Working closely with colleagues across HR, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Tax, Finance, Legal and external partners, we balance employee experience, compliance and commercial priorities to deliver practical, business focused solutions.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, you'll manage the delivery of our Global Mobility programme across Europe while acting as a trusted advisor to employees, managers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end to end mobility cases including relocations, immigration, assignments, commuter arrangements, remote working requests and cross-border compliance. Owning the delivery of easyJet's Global Mobility operations programme, supporting around 150 moves per year across Europe. Providing practical guidance and support throughout the employee mobility lifecycle. Managing relationships with immigration, relocation and tax providers to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance. Overseeing right to work and sponsorship activity across the network. Coordinating mobility related tax and social security compliance activities. Supporting workforce planning and business projects requiring mobility and cross-border expertise. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, employee experience and operational efficiency through technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Around 5 years' experience in Global Mobility. Good understanding of immigration, right to work, tax, social security and relocation requirements. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. A commercially focused and analytical approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making Experience managing external providers and holding partners accountable for service delivery and A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
