About Pinewood Relocations
Pinewood Relocations is a specialist relocation management company supporting organisations and their employees through domestic and international moves. We pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every assignee receives the support they need throughout their relocation journey.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Relocation Specialist to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
The Role
Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will manage a portfolio of domestic and international relocation cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for assignees and corporate clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families, coordinate relocation services, manage budgets, liaise with suppliers, and maintain accurate case records throughout the relocation process.
This is a fully remote role, with company equipment and systems provided. Candidates must be willing to attend a monthly team meeting in the London area and occasional client meetings when required.
Please note: Due to the nature of global mobility and international relocations, occasional out-of-hours contact may be required. The successful candidate should be comfortable responding to urgent client or assignee calls, emails, or messages when necessary, particularly where time zones or time-sensitive relocation matters are involved. This is not a regular requirement, but flexibility is important.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
