Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist
Location: Cambridge, UK - Hybrid (50% working time at the office)
Employment Type: Full time, fixed term - 12/18 months contract

Key responsibilities

  • Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
  • Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
  • Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
  • Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Desired Experience

  • Understanding of global mobility principles, including UK immigration requirements.
  • Experience in supporting employee relocations within the United Kingdom and broader EMEA region.
  • Knowledge of global immigration processes across the Americas and APAC regions is a plus.

Hybrid working We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection. The working arrangement for this position will be confirmed during the hiring process.
