The Role

As a Global Mobility Tax Manager, you'll advise on complex challenges, including future of work trends such as cross-border working, remote working, and virtual assignments. You'll collaborate with experts in other divisions, such as tax, technology, immigration, and mobility administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of client engagements in your portfolio (clients will vary in size and sector).
  • Actively involved in delivering advice on all areas of cross-border tax advisory such as Tax, Social Security, Policy, and Process.
  • Working closely with the offshore team to deliver on assignee compliance.
  • Carry out arrival and departure briefings for Senior/VIP assignees.
  • Provide UK Tax technical advice to clients.
  • Ensure you're keeping your clients up to date on any global mobility and UK Tax changes.
  • Manage and coach junior colleagues.
  • Strengthen and build client and external relationships.
