Global Mobility Tax Manager

About the Role

Our client is a leading international consultancy specialising in global mobility, international tax and workforce solutions. With an established international client base and a growing UK presence, the firm offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to develop their career.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied portfolio of international clients, ranging from multinational organisations to growing businesses.
  • Provide specialist advice on tax residence, international assignments, cross-border moves and tax equalisation.
  • Advise clients on remote working, international commuting and other complex global mobility tax matters.
  • Lead client engagements, managing projects from initial consultation through to successful delivery.
  • Build and develop client relationships, identifying new advisory and business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with international teams and specialists to deliver cross-border tax solutions.
  • Review technical work, mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
  • Stay informed of evolving tax legislation and advise clients on relevant developments.

Your Experience

  • Strong experience in Global Mobility Tax, expatriate taxation or international personal tax.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK taxation and international mobility matters.
  • Ideally ACA, ATT or CTA qualified, or possessing equivalent technical knowledge and experience.
  • Experience managing client relationships, delivering projects and supervising junior colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, strong analytical skills and an interest in business development.
