Network coordination and information flow

• Establish and maintain communication with district leaders throughout onboarding and ongoing participation, addressing inquiries and coordinating scheduling.
• Lead on administrative and logistical communications with districts.
• Co-design and build the surveys used to collect information from districts, including onboarding and program evaluation surveys, using Airtable forms and Fillout; distribute surveys and compile responses for team analysis.

Session preparation, facilitation, and follow-up

• Draft agendas and other materials for each Global Network session.
• Act as the main point of contact for districts, communicating on session details and preparation, working alongside the Global Network Assistant on logistics.
• Lead support during online Global Network sessions to ensure smooth execution.
• Support districts in addressing challenges or leveraging opportunities, which is a content-focused role that grows over time.
• Draft post-session summary documents and communications, and conduct district follow-ups.
• Support the team's preparation and district-facing engagement during in-person convenings or events.

Preferred qualifications

• A minimum of three to five years of experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with, or active engagement in, the growth and evolution of innovation ecosystems, either through a specific company, or an organization that works across multiple actors in the field.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and strategic thinking capabilities coupled with an outcome/delivery-oriented approach.
• Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, outreach, or partnership/membership development is preferred, particularly in service of growing a network or community.
• Effective communication skills in written, verbal, and visual formats, tailored for an international audience.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent planning and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a global, remote team, with professionalism and a flexible mindset.
• Strong grasp of technology and high proficiency with online collaboration software.
• Excellent command of the US English language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Must-have technical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the use of these tools for remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Asana and SharePoint.
• Experience with AirTable or similar database / information-management software is preferred.
• Experience building surveys or forms (e.g., Airtable forms, Fillout, or similar tools) is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and operate efficiently across multiple tools.
• Comfort producing and formatting documents and slide decks (Microsoft Office) to a polished, consistent standard.

Further information

This is a full-time contract position, with compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from USD $48,000 - $60,000 per year. This position is fully remote, with 15-30% of work outside of normal business hours, given the global nature of the organization, and requires you to have your own computer and workstation. Business hours are based on Central European Time.
