About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the role

First impressions matter - especially at a company growing as fast as ElevenLabs. As our dedicated onboarding owner, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end new joiner experience globally: from the moment an offer is signed to the point a new hire is fully ramped and connected to the company. You'll partner across People, Talent, Finance, IT, and the broader business to design a globally consistent onboarding journey that reflects who we are - high-velocity, ambitious, and caring. This is a systems-building role: you'll create the infrastructure that ensures every new joiner, in every timezone, hits the ground running.

  • Own the global onboarding program end-to-end - pre-boarding communications, first day experience, first-30/60/90 day frameworks and onboarding feedback.
  • Partner with People Operations & IT to ensure all operational onboarding steps (system access, equipment, compliance documentation) are completed seamlessly across every region.
  • Collaborate with Leads to build team-specific onboarding guides that complement the company-wide program.
  • Design and maintain onboarding materials - welcome tasks, wiki documentation, Leads resources - that stay current as the company evolves.
  • Track and analyze new joiner feedback to continuously improve time-to-productivity and early engagement metrics.

Requirements

We do not require any formal experience, certifications or degrees. Instead we are seeking individuals who can demonstrate impact in fast-moving environments. We do require:

  • Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to onboarding programs at a fast-growing company, ideally with a global or multi-regional workforce.
  • Strong operational instincts - you enjoy building processes that scale, not just one-off experiences.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail; you can manage multiple simultaneous new joiner cohorts without anything slipping.
  • Collaborative and empathetic communicator - you understand that great onboarding is as much about how people feel as what they know.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
