Thrivin

Thrivin is a fast-growing global activewear brand operating across international markets. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Global Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end operational function and ensure the business has the processes, systems and infrastructure required to support continued growth.

About the Role

The Global Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations across Thrivin's global business, working closely with the Founders and partnering with our Logistics, Planning, Production, Ecommerce and Finance teams.

This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for ensuring the operational engine behind the business runs efficiently, from production and inventory flow through to warehousing, fulfilment and delivery. You'll bring visibility and structure across the entire operations function, identify risks and bottlenecks before they impact the business, and drive improvements that enable Thrivin to scale efficiently.

We're looking for someone who is strategic enough to see the bigger operational picture but hands-on enough to get into the detail when required. You'll be a natural problem solver who brings structure to complexity, holds teams and external partners accountable, and is constantly looking for ways to make the business operate more efficiently. Most importantly, you'll be comfortable working directly with the Founders and taking genuine ownership of the operational engine behind a rapidly scaling global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Global Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Thrivin's global business.
  • Create visibility across the entire operational lifecycle, from production through to inventory, logistics, warehousing and fulfilment.
  • Ensure operational priorities are aligned with commercial targets, product launches and wider business objectives.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and ensure issues are resolved proactively.
  • Provide the Founders with regular reporting and visibility into operational performance, risks and priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
