You will provide strategic leadership for international mobility programmes, working closely with academic schools, professional services colleagues and international partners to deliver an outstanding student experience.

As the University's lead specialist for international mobility, you will oversee inbound and outbound programmes, manage international partnerships, lead institutional delivery of the Turing Scheme and Erasmus+, ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, and drive initiatives that increase student participation in global opportunities. The role also includes line management responsibility for the Global Opportunities Coordinator.

  • Strong knowledge of partnership management, compliance, quality assurance and risk management in an international context.

  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex processes.
  • Experience of leading staff, projects or service improvements.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, colleagues and international partners.
  • A passion for international education and widening access to global opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
