What you'll be doing:
The Global Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising eCommerce & lead generation paid media campaigns for global markets. This role requires deep expertise in hands-on management of PPC & Paid Social campaigns to deliver profitable ROAS and Cost-Per Lead media campaigns. You will play a critical role in scaling international growth for the eCommerce and offline business in a new in-house paid media team.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC and Paid Social channels for UK and international markets.
- Monitor and optimise campaign budgets on a daily basis to ensure performance targets and business objectives are achieved.
- Manage product feeds, audience targeting, and media creative implementation across campaigns.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop and optimise high-performing advertising assets.
- Own market-level media roadmaps and contribute to test-and-learn strategies that drive continuous improvement.
- Champion a data-led approach to campaign optimisation and performance management.
- Manage campaign tracking frameworks, including UTM implementation and validation.
- Use Google Analytics and paid media platforms to analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Interpret attribution data to understand channel effectiveness and customer journeys.
- Prepare and present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance updates to the paid media team and key stakeholders.
- Support the ongoing development and success of Avon's in-house media capability.

What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in media advertising, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns across both eCommerce and lead generation environments.
- Hands-on expertise with major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of PPC and Paid Social campaign management and optimisation.
- Experience managing and optimising media budgets to achieve performance goals.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting best practices.
- Proficiency using Google Analytics and media platform reporting tools.
- Understanding of media attribution principles and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting findings to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and interest in emerging media trends, technologies, and innovations.
