HYROX Digital Partnership Marketing Manager

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting millions of athletes every season.

We work with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Amazon, PUMA, Centr and Red Bull. Our job in Partnership Marketing is to deliver the marketing rights and benefits each partner has signed up for, and to bring the partnership to life across HYROX channels and our partners' own. Done well, that means real value for the brand and exceptional experiences for the athletes racing with us.

A lot of that value is delivered through our digital channels: website, app, email database, social channels and our race livestreams. This is not a social media or CRM role. Those teams own their channels, and you own how partners show up in them.

This is a new role based in London, reporting directly to Partnership Marketing, and it comes with a lot of room to shape it. As dedicated Global Partnership Marketing Manager Digital (m/f/d), you will own how partners are delivered digitally, improve the processes behind it, and set the standard for how partners show up across every digital channel we have, and how HYROX shows up on theirs. If you are ready to set the digital framework for our global teams across 23 countries, apply now - we look forward to getting to know you!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering Marketing Rights & Benefits: Deliver everything our partners are entitled to across our digital channels (web, app, advertising, content integrations, training platform activity, and livestream inventory), optimising the planning process to ensure we are always ahead of schedule.
  • Athlete Email Programme Ownership: Own how partners appear across our athlete email communications, from pre-race and race week messaging through to wider training and lifestyle content.
  • Social & Paid Partner Activity: Plan partner collaborations with our global social team, own our paid partner social offering (Partnerbrite) to grow it into a scalable product, and work with partner teams on how HYROX shows up on their channels.
  • Partner Content & Asset Governance: Manage partner access to official HYROX content and brand assets, including guidelines, approvals, and distribution.
  • Building Processes That Scale: Build and maintain the digital delivery playbook (specs, deadlines, approval routes, and templates) so every market delivers to the same high standard without needing to ask.
  • Proving Value & Performance Insights: Capture evidence of delivery as it happens and report performance by partner and by channel, providing data-driven insight that helps grow partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Join a small global team (reporting to Partnership Marketing), working daily with Partnership Managers, regional marketing leads in Europe and the US, and internal channel owners (Social, CRM, Ticketing, Brand, Video, Product, and Training Platform).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
