Global Partnerships Director
UK Remote | £115,000–£125,000 Basic + £40,000 OTE
OJ Digital is partnering with an established global eCommerce technology business to hire a Global Partnerships Director to take ownership of its worldwide partner ecosystem.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for developing the global partnerships strategy, growing partner-generated revenue and leading an established international team.
The company provides technology that helps retailers and eCommerce businesses manage and scale complex multichannel operations. With an established international customer base and presence across multiple markets, partnerships will play an increasingly important role in the company's next stage of growth.
💼 The Role
You'll own the global partner function across multiple international markets, with responsibility for both the strategic direction of the ecosystem and its commercial performance.
This is a revenue-focused partnerships role. You'll be expected to build and develop partnerships that generate tangible commercial results, including new pipeline, recurring revenue and closed business.

🚀 Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global partnerships strategy
- Grow revenue and pipeline generated through the partner channel
- Identify, negotiate and secure significant new strategic partnerships
- Build relationships across technology companies, platforms, marketplaces, agencies and consultancies
- Create joint commercial and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
- Develop senior and executive-level relationships with partners internationally
- Lead, coach and develop an established global partnerships team
- Set clear commercial targets and performance expectations across the function
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success
- Improve the management and conversion of partner-generated opportunities
- Identify opportunities for partners to support customer growth and expansion
- Track partner performance, commercial contribution and programme effectiveness
- Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into partnership performance, pipeline and future opportunities
- Represent the company at relevant international events, conferences and partner meetings

🌟 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across partnerships, business development or commercial leadership
- Significant experience operating across multiple international markets
- Proven success building and scaling commercially successful partner ecosystems
- Clear evidence of partnerships contributing meaningful pipeline and revenue
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce, retail technology or a closely related SaaS market
- An established network across relevant technology, marketplace, platform, agency or consultancy partners
- Experience leading and developing geographically distributed partnerships teams
- Based in the UK
- Comfortable with regular international travel
💰 Package
- £115,000–£125,000 basic salary
- Additional £40,000 OTE
- UK remote
