Global Partnerships & Outreach Manager

Organization: NELO Education

Position: Global Partnerships & Outreach Manager

Location: ONSITE, London, Canary Wharf

Salary Range: £42,000-£50,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, (9:00am – 5:00pm)

About Us

NELO Education is developing an international study platform that helps students find, compare and apply to university courses across selected study destinations. Bringing together AI-supported course discovery, personalised guidance, English test preparation and application support, NELO aims to help students make informed decisions before they apply.

We are looking for a commercially minded Global Partnerships & Outreach Manager to establish and grow trusted university relationships and international outreach channels. Working closely with NELO leadership and its marketing, content, technology and admissions teams, you will turn promising institutional relationships into effective partnerships and credible opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage NELO’s UK and international university partnership strategy, institutional pipeline and priority-market outreach plans.
  • Identify, approach and build long-term relationships with universities, colleges and other relevant education organisations across selected study destinations.
  • Present NELO’s proposition to institutional stakeholders and manage proposals, meetings, negotiations and progression towards signed partnership and recruitment agreements.
  • Explore appropriate articulation, progression, student recruitment and other mutually beneficial institutional partnership opportunities.
  • Build ethical and effective outreach networks with schools, colleges, education counsellors and relevant organisations in priority student-origin markets.
  • Develop market-specific outreach initiatives to strengthen NELO’s visibility, student engagement and the quality of prospective applications.
  • Coordinate campus visits, university content, student-facing events, webinars, joint promotions and other collaborative partner activities.
  • Work with marketing, content and technology teams to communicate university propositions accurately and support compelling, authentic destination and campus content.
  • Help ensure institutional profiles, course information and partner communications remain reliable, current and appropriately verified.
  • Maintain effective partner relationships, coordinate agreed deliverables and provide universities with useful insight into student interest, applications and recruitment outcomes.
  • Represent NELO professionally at university meetings, international education conferences, recruitment events and relevant external engagements.
  • Maintain organised partnership records, outreach activity logs, due-diligence documentation and a clear pipeline of opportunities and next steps.
  • Monitor performance against agreed measures, including qualified leads, partnership progression, signed agreements, student engagement, applications, enrolments and partner satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to NELO leadership, identify risks and underperforming activities, and recommend practical improvements and new market opportunities.
  • Work across teams to ensure ethical recruitment practices, accurate student guidance, confidentiality, compliance and delivery of institutional commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
