Global Partnerships, Sales & Marketing Director
Quotacom are proud to be partnered with a fast-growing international education business, helping universities and education organisations explore, enter and grow in markets around the world.
As Global Partnerships, Sales & Marketing Director, you'll take ownership of the commercial function, leading a lean across the UK & Europe and US & Canada, with the opportunity to build and scale it as the business grows. You will be responsible for new business development, pipeline growth and revenue generation across a diversified service portfolio, including in-country representation, admissions and enrolment solutions, consultancy and transnational education.
You will remain hands-on in the market: identifying prospects, opening doors at senior levels, building relationships across universities and closing significant new partnerships, while introducing the structure, processes and performance discipline to build a more proactive, scalable sales operation. You will also bring marketing into the commercial remit and play a central role in turning a major AI transformation, including a newly acquired AI-enabled admissions technology capability, into real commercial opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
