Global Payroll Associate
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Associate to manage payroll operations across the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA and APAC entities
- Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements
- Process salaries, bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and employee lifecycle changes
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll delivery
- Manage payroll audits, reporting, controls, and compliance activities
- Drive process improvements and support the onboarding of new international entities

Requirements
- 8+ years of payroll experience with significant UK payroll expertise
- Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory compliance
- Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions
- Exposure to Singapore and/or Hong Kong payroll is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to improve payroll processes and controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
