Your new role
As the Global Payroll Director, you will take ownership of the company's international payroll function, leading payroll operations across multiple regions with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for:
- Driving payroll strategy
- Ensuring compliance across complex jurisdictions
- Optimising processes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to support continued global expansion
This is a highly visible leadership position where you will have the opportunity to influence business decisions, lead transformation initiatives, and play a key role in scaling payroll operations within a rapidly growing AI-focused organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive global payroll leadership experience
- Proven experience managing complex payroll operations across EMEA and APAC
- Strong understanding of international payroll legislation, compliance, and governance
- Experience leading payroll transformation, process improvement, and system implementation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
- A strategic mindset combined with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
