International Payroll Specialist
Warsaw or London | Hybrid 2 days a week in office
I’m recruiting for an International Payroll Specialist to join a growing global business, with the role able to be based from either Warsaw or London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with international payroll experience who enjoys working across multiple countries, managing outsourced providers and being part of a wider global payroll team.
The role will include:
- Managing international payrolls across multiple countries
- Reviewing payroll data and vendor outputs to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers
- Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Supporting payroll transitions, projects and process improvements
- Acting as a senior point of contact and providing cover for the Payroll Manager when required

What we’re looking for:
- Strong international / multi-country payroll experience
- Experience with French and/or Spanish payroll would be particularly valuable
- Fluent English plus another European language – ideally French, Spanish, German or Portuguese
- Experience managing outsourced payroll vendors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple deadlines
- Someone confident enough to step up and take additional responsibility when required
