We are looking for a proactive, driven and solutions-focused individual to join our Global Payroll team. This role will support payroll operations across a diverse international landscape spanning EMEA, APAC, and North America. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with project and transformation work. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping shape and support a modern global payroll function, gaining exposure to multiple countries, systems, providers, and large-scale initiatives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple global jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
- Review and reconcile payroll outputs, including tax calculations, statutory deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related activities
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to support seamless payroll delivery and process integration
- Maintain awareness of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and industry best practices across supported locations
- Support and enhance payroll governance, controls, audit readiness, and process standardization
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing high-level support to employees and stakeholders globally
- Collaborate with external payroll vendors to support service delivery management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to payroll-related projects including payroll transitions, process improvements, integrations, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives
- Assist in developing and maintaining payroll process documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge resources
- Act as a payroll SME within project workstreams and support broader Global Payroll team initiatives as required

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong operational payroll experience across multiple international jurisdictions within a global environment
- Experience supporting outsourced payroll models and working with global payroll providers
- Exposure to payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and North America
- Experience supporting payrolls in India, US, and Canada is highly advantageous
- Good understanding of payroll controls, compliance, audit, and governance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Interest and experience in leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve payroll operations, reporting, controls, and process efficiency
- Experience with payroll process design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
