Are you passionate about improving employee experiences, leading meaningful change, and delivering global people initiatives that drive business success?
We're looking for a Global People & Projects Partner to join our Global Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across people strategy, transformation, employee experience, and global projects.
In this role, you'll partner with HR teams, leaders, and stakeholders across Sulzer's global business to deliver initiatives that strengthen how we attract, develop, engage, and retain our people. You will also take ownership of key global people processes, ensuring they are continuously improved, aligned to business needs, and deliver a high-quality employee experience across the organisation.
From driving organisational change and improving employee experiences to implementing new processes and technologies, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our people agenda.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading global HR and people-focused projects that support Sulzer's strategic priorities.
- Driving transformation initiatives that improve employee and candidate experiences across the organisation.
- Partnering with HR teams and business leaders globally to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Supporting key programmes including employee listening initiatives, onboarding, internal mobility, workforce planning, learning, and people development.
- Managing the implementation and continuous improvement of people processes, systems, and tools, including Workday.
- Delivering projects that enhance both internal employee experiences and external employer brand perceptions.
- Using data, feedback, and stakeholder insight to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Embedding best-practice approaches across HR processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence globally.
- Owning and continuously improving key global people processes, ensuring they are effective, scalable, aligned to business needs, and deliver a consistent employee experience across Sulzer.
- Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring projects align with business objectives and people priorities.

What We're Looking For
You will have a strong HR background and experience in areas such as HR Business Partnering, HR Transformation, Organisational Development, Change Management, People Projects, Talent Management, HR Consulting, or Project Management.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering complex people and HR projects that have created tangible value for employees and the business. You should be able to demonstrate the positive impact of initiatives you have led, whether through improved employee experience, process optimisation, organisational effectiveness, cost efficiencies, increased engagement, or successful transformation outcomes.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Enjoys leading complex projects from concept through to delivery.
- Has experience working across global or multi-regional organisations.
- Can confidently influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
- Takes ownership and delivers results with minimal supervision.
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and delivering meaningful organisational change.
