KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Client Growth
- Be the Global Planning Lead or support for international new business pitches, from written submissions through to client presentations.
- Orchestrate full funnel, multi-market responses to the RFIs and briefs, acting as the global point of connectivity across the planning process.
- Identify and create opportunities for additional organic business growth beyond the pitch scope (e.g. expansion in performance, retail media, commerce, content, partnerships) with our wider Havas capabilities, through the lens of clients’ broader marketing and business strategy.
Planning Quality Control & Local Market Connectivity
- Own the briefing and quality control reviews of media plans with local HMN teams for Global pitch responses to brief.
- Design Global client planning frameworks and transformation roadmaps, aligned to clients’ long-term business vision, accounting for category and local market nuances and the governance required to operationalize it as an increasing area of importance in global pitches.
- Play an active role in HMN’s Global Planning network community to enable faster identification and scaling of local full funnel planning best practice and case studies. Also identify capability gaps and upskilling requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
