We’re a thriving, values-driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.

At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.

WHERE YOU SIT

As our Global PR Manager, you’ll be part of the Consumer & Brand team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager PR & Community. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Global PR Manager plays a key role in driving Dr. Martens earned media presence, strengthening global brand reputation, and deepening cultural relevance across priority markets. This role supports the development and execution of global PR strategies, media narratives, press activity and amplification plans that reinforce the brand’s position in culture and contribute to long-term brand equity.

Working closely with PR, Social, Partnerships, Copy, Creative, Product, Brand Marketing and Regional PR teams, the Global PR Manager ensures consistent storytelling, premium press engagement, and effective global-to-local execution. Noting Global PR’s function is strategic planning, local markets execute locally.

This role directly supports strategic KPIs and aligns with the operating model's emphasis on globally coherent ways of working and clear accountability. The business is orientated around being consumer-first and brand at the heart.

How you show up matters as much as what you deliver. This role requires someone who builds strong relationships, brings positive energy, embraces accountability and demonstrates genuine curiosity about culture, communications and emerging technologies. They will create momentum for others, raise standards through collaboration and contribute positively to the success of the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
