Sapiens UK is seeking a commercially astute Global Pricing Strategy Senior Manager to lead the design and scaling of pricing and packaging across our business as a central pillar of our go-to-market growth agenda.
About the Role
This role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Pricing and owns Sapiens’ pricing strategy end-to-end, responsible for:
- Setting the direction for the enterprise price book, scenario-based pricing models, and governance frameworks.
- Leading a small pricing team, including line-management of the Senior Pricing Analyst while growing the function.
- Strategic oversight and hands-on involvement—bridging executive-level advocacy and technical rigour.
- Presenting pricing strategies, models, and data-driven recommendations to CFO and division-leaders.
Work Function & Collaboration
The role operates cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance & FP&A, and commercial leaders across Property & Casualty, Life & Pension, Reinsurance, and the AI platform business.
At its core, this function is central to a transformational shift—Sapiens is moving from a licence-and-services model to a subscription-led, SaaS-first, AI-enabled platform, and pricing strategy will play a crucial role in this transition.
Key Workstreams
The ideal candidate will spearhead the following priorities:
-
Strategic Pricing Leadership
- Develop and enforce a defensible enterprise price book across licence, SaaS, services, and consumption-based pricing models.
- Set the enterprise-wide renewal and uplift strategy with a data-driven logic and oversee implementation.
-
Commercial Strategy for SaaS & AI Transition
- Model the financial impact of migrating to AI-based platform offerings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
