We are hiring for a Global Process Owner - O2C to join us for an 18-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will act as the overall business lead for the Order-to-Cash workstream within Project Wyoming, BSI’s ERP business transformation programme.
You will provide senior leadership through the SAP S/4HANA transition, acting as interim Global Process Owner for O2C and owning the end-to-end business design, governance, readiness, deployment and adoption of the future-state process.

- Serve as the interim Global Process Owner for O2C, driving strategic process decisions and ensuring alignment across regions, divisions and functions.
- Partner with business, technology and transformation teams to deliver seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, PSA, Salesforce and key finance processes.
- Champion fit-to-standard principles, challenging requirements and promoting adoption of SAP best practices.
- Lead O2C business readiness activities, including testing, training, process documentation, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
- Define and drive O2C performance metrics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy, cash collection and customer experience.
- Build and lead a global network of stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring successful deployment and transition to a sustainable post-go-live governance model.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
