🌍 Global Procurement Analyst | Cambridge | Hybrid

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for supplier management, strategic sourcing, and driving global supply chain excellence?

We're seeking a Global Procurement Analyst to play a key role in managing strategic supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, and supporting complex manufacturing and supply chain optimisation projects on a global scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • βœ… Managing contractual relationships with global suppliers and vendors
  • βœ… Leading supplier sourcing, selection and qualification activities, including formal RFP and bidding processes
  • βœ… Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, service agreements and contracts to deliver value and mitigate risk
  • βœ… Monitoring supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations
  • βœ… Conducting supplier and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks and cost-saving initiatives
  • βœ… Building strong supplier partnerships and driving continuous improvement programmes
  • βœ… Supporting procurement and manufacturing optimisation projects across international stakeholder groups
  • βœ… Developing supplier performance reporting and executive-level dashboards
  • βœ… Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through proactive supplier management and contingency planning

What We're Looking For

  • βœ” Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management or Supply Chain
  • βœ” Strong negotiation and contract management expertise
  • βœ” Experience managing vendor relationships and performance metrics
  • βœ” Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • βœ” Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally
  • βœ” Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • βœ” Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment such as Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics or High-Tech industries is highly desirable
  • βœ” Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP, Ariba, Power BI and advanced Excel would be advantageous
