Global Procurement Role – HR Services / Contingent Workforce - UK Remote (Travel) - Global Transformation | High Visibility | Strong Progression Opportunity
My client, a large, complex global organisation, is looking for an experienced procurement professional to take a leading role across Temporary Labour, Contingent Workforce and wider HR Services as part of a major global procurement transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their procurement career within a large, genuinely global organisation.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape and deploy category strategy internationally, work with senior stakeholders across Procurement, HR and Operations, and gain exposure across multiple countries and markets.
With significant transformation taking place across the business, there is also real scope for progression and broader procurement opportunities as the function continues to evolve.

The opportunity:
- Develop and execute global category strategies across Temporary Labour and HR Services
- Lead complex, multi-country sourcing and tender programmes
- Drive the implementation and governance of MSP solutions across key markets
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with major global suppliers
- Partner with senior Procurement, HR and Operations stakeholders internationally
- Deliver commercial value, innovation, compliance and service improvements
- Play a key role in a major procurement transformation programme
- Gain broad exposure within a complex global organisation with excellent potential for future progression
What we’re looking for:
- Strong procurement experience across Temporary Labour, Contingent Workforce, Staffing, MSP and/or Professional Services
- Experience developing and implementing category strategies
- Track record of leading sourcing initiatives across multiple countries or regions
- Strong supplier management and negotiation experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation
- Broader procurement/category experience outside HR Services would be highly beneficial
- Ambition to develop your career within a large global procurement function
